This role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and presenting discipline estimates for major projects. You will leverage your strong knowledge of the Canadian construction market to develop comprehensive estimates and assist in enhancing department procedures. Building professional relationships will be vital as you direct tasks and collaborate with other disciplines for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans and specifications for comprehensive project understanding

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for significant projects

• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, and procurement teams

• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Contribute to continuous improvement within the estimate team

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience

• 8+ years in structural estimating

• Strong insight into structural systems and materials

• Excellent English communication skills;
French a plus

• Willingness to travel for project-specific needs
