Position: Arcadis Water and Wastewater Manager
Become a pivotal figure at Arcadis as a Water and Wastewater Project Manager, driving sustainability in design and engineering projects. Your 5 to 10 years of experience is crucial for success in this role.
As part of our esteemed Canadian Water Business, you will manage multidisciplinary projects, lead team deliverables, and engage directly with clients to ensure outstanding outcomes. Your expertise will guide projects from inception through to execution, implementing innovative methods to tackle complex challenges. You will also be involved in strategic business development to enhance client partnerships and expand service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct engineering teams in project deliverables, including designs and assessments

• Schedule project timelines and monitor expenses

• Facilitate regular client meetings to ensure transparency

• Document quality assurance processes in line with Arcadis’s policies

• Prepare bids and assist with client presentations
Requirements:

• Possess an engineering license (P.Eng.) and an engineering degree

• 5-10 years of related project management experience

• Strong command of PM tools such as PowerBI and Oracle

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Preferred PMP designation for enhanced project oversight
