Senior Technical Support Engineer Ontario

In this role, you will develop innovative solutions tailored to our aero-derivative gas turbine fleet, including SGT-A05, SGT-A20, SGT-A35, and SGT-A65 engines. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary support team, you will directly interact with field service personnel, ensuring optimal performance through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop service-engineered solutions for gas turbine fleets
• Address field service issues promptly for customer needs
• Provide technical support for outage planning activities
• Implement service bulletin procedure modifications
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
• 5+ years of gas turbine operations experience
• Proficiency in control systems desirable
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and helicopter travel
