Join Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering as a Design Engineering Manager dedicated to transportation and energy projects. Lead the Union Station Expansion Project in Toronto and manage engineering teams effectively.
As a mid-level manager with over five years of experience, you will oversee design engineers, manage budgets, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Your role involves collaborating with construction teams and establishing relationships with external partners to explore design-build opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design engineers and subconsultants within Kiewit
• Manage project timelines and budgets for optimal outcomes
• Conduct constructability reviews and resolve technical issues
• Foster relationships with external design partners
• Guide design-build pursuits from strategy to award
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in design or construction management
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar
• P. Eng required or Engineer in Training
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% throughout North America
Contribute to the success of the Union Station Expansion Project by driving quality design solutions and ensuring efficiency.
