Senior Technical Lead, Environmental Compliance

Take charge as a Senior Technical Lead in Environmental Compliance with our hybrid team located in Guelph or Oakville, Ontario. Influence major infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

This position demands a seasoned leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in environmental integration for infrastructure projects. You will mentor an expanding team while managing environmental risks and communicating effectively with clients, Indigenous communities, and regulators. Your technical leadership will ensure the successful execution of multifaceted projects and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct technical strategy and oversight for projects

• Develop comprehensive environmental management plans

Requirements:

• 15+ years of related experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in environmental science/planning

• Expertise in environmental legislation and compliance

• Strong leadership skills and proactive guidance

• Valid G-class driver’s license
