Position: Quality Engineer at Polar Performance
Elevate product quality with Polar Performance Materials as a Quality Engineer in Oakville, ON. Lead quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives while working in an in-office setting.
As a full-time Quality Engineer, you will optimize critical quality processes like the Management of Change and Non-Conforming Material systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Production, Engineering, and R&D to ensure compliance and drive improvements.

Your role will significantly enhance product quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Management of Change (MoC) process for product and process revisions

• Manage Non-Conforming Material (NCM) with root cause investigations

• Coordinate closure of findings from Management Reviews and Process Audits

• Analyze quality and production data for process variations

• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and audits
Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field

• 3+ years in quality or process engineering

• Expertise in quality systems like CAPA, SPC/SQC

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
