Position: Geotechnical Engineering Role at Kiewit
Transform infrastructure projects with Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering as a mid-level Geotechnical Engineer in Oakville, ON. Collaborate with a diverse team to drive all phases of geotechnical engineering initiatives.
In this role, you'll actively engage in the design and evaluation of geotechnical solutions, mitigate risks during project proposals, and develop design deliverables for construction challenges. Your contributions will enhance project execution through innovative approaches in collaboration with various engineering specialties. Mentor and support staff engineers in their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support projects by solving geotechnical design issues

• Oversee temporary structure designs for construction support

• Assist pursuit teams in identifying design risks

• Create design recommendations for successful project execution

• Provide training for junior engineers
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering is favorable

• 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering

• Minimum 4 years of design experience

• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration in Ontario

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
