Project Coordinator

Support major projects at BWXT Precision Manufacturing as a Project Coordinator II in Oakville, Ontario. Lead proposals, schedules, and critical project metrics while ensuring customer requirements are met.
In this role, you'll coordinate major projects with a focus on design, development, and manufacturing. You will engage in preparing estimates, maintain P6 schedules, and lead kickoff meetings. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and internal teams, your organizational skills will be crucial in monitoring project health and taking decisive actions on risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate proposal preparations and schedules

• Maintain P6 schedules and critical metrics

• Arrange kickoff and internal team meetings

• Support presentations on project status

• Monitor project risks and take corrective actions
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Engineering

• 2+ years in Project Management/Controls

• Experience with P6/Project is a strong asset

• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
