You will oversee safety standards while collaborating with site supervisors and management in the continuous improvement of workplace safety. Your duties will include conducting inspections, maintaining documentation related to incidents, and delivering essential training to promote a safe working environment. Your focus on teamwork will embody TEAM’s core values in safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and maintain compliance records
• Address safety concerns and communicate updates
• Perform hazard assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Support safety training and emergency drills
• Compile safety performance data and reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma required;
Associate’s preferred
• 2-4 years of safety experience in industrial settings
• Recognized HSE certifications (CHST, OHST, etc.)
• Ability to work in high-noise environments
• Frequent travel to various job sites required
Utilize your safety expertise to foster a culture of prevention and compliance as the Safety Lead in industrial operations.
