Core Asset Management Analyst

Manage the Core Asset Portfolio for the Town in compliance with Ontario Regulation 588/17. Leverage your expertise in infrastructure assessments, financial planning, and budgeting to optimize municipal assets.

As a Core Asset Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Asset Management Department. Your focus will be on maintaining comprehensive asset registries, condition assessments, and forecasting for a $3.3 billion Core Asset portfolio. Collaborate closely with multiple departments and external organizations to ensure effective rehabilitation and renewal strategies across infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain asset registries and inventories

• Identify infrastructure rehabilitation needs using complex methodologies

• Create short- and long-term budget forecasts

• Develop project scopes and cost estimates for renewals

• Coordinate rehabilitation programs with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• CET or P. Eng designation required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure and asset management fundamentals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and Auto Desk

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class G
