This full-time position reports to the Warranty Service Manager. Responsibilities include guiding the Warranty team, performing inspections, and fostering relationships with external partners, while also managing daily technician appointments for optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex issues and escalations swiftly
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance measures
• Coach and develop new and existing technicians
• Maintain proper stock of repair materials
• Support office presentation and after-hours requests
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in warranty with team oversight
• Technology-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
