Your role will involve coordinating across teams to ensure project schedule accuracy.
In this position, you will report to the Project Controls Manager while maintaining the project schedule for engineering, procurement, and construction. Essential skills include Oracle Primavera P6 and a strong background in project scheduling. You will be pivotal in tracking progress and generating reports for stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules based on WBS standards
• Update schedule logic and progress from discipline leads
• Validate and consolidate data from engineering and construction
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for management
• Engage in coordination sessions with internal and EPC representatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in relevant field
• 4–8 years of experience in project scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with mining or heavy industrial projects
• Relevant industry certifications considered an asset
