Reporting to the Director of Transportation and Engineering, you will lead the Engineering Services Section, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective service delivery. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and management excellence as you engage various stakeholders and streamline operations through innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management of municipal right-of-way programs
• Negotiate access agreements with utility companies
• Maintain essential records related to town assets
• Respond to inquiries and oversee follow-up actions
• Implement modernization strategies to boost efficiency
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related field required
• Required certifications: C.E.T. and RCJI in good standing
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil infrastructure systems
• Proven project management and leadership skills
