In this full-time, on-site position, you will lead technical coordination between customers and offshore suppliers. Your responsibilities include reviewing RFQ packages, conducting design reviews, and translating engineering drawings into manufacturable instructions. This role demands a strong focus on quality assurance, project management, and building meaningful supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review RFQ packages for technical risk assessment
• Collaborate on Design for Manufacturability with clients
• Evaluate supplier quotes for accuracy and alignment
• Serve as the technical point of contact for OEM accounts
• Diagnose and rectify production quality issues
Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation, licensed in Ontario
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Solid Works and GD&T standards
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in metal component manufacturing
