This position requires at least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, focusing on castings, weldments, and machined components. You will oversee RFQ processes, monitor project timelines, and manage quality assurance to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ packages for technical feasibility and risk

• Collaborate on Design for Manufacturability initiatives

• Evaluate and recommend suppliers for component production

• Conduct technical audits and resolve production issues

• Maintain and strengthen customer-supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer designation in Ontario

• 10+ years in mechanical engineering or product development

• Hands-on knowledge of metal manufacturing processes

• Proficiency in Solid Works and GD&T

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
