In this mid-level position, you will engage in the geotechnical design for various construction projects while collaborating with engineers across disciplines. Your support in both the design and execution phases is vital to overcoming project challenges. The role also requires occasional travel to project sites, providing hands-on experience with different conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate innovative geotechnical design solutions
• Coordinate designs for temporary structures
• Assist in risk assessment during bidding phases
• Develop design recommendations for complex projects
• Train emerging engineers in best practices
Requirements:
• Preferable Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering
• 8 years of relevant engineering experience
• 4 years in infrastructure-focused design
• Professional Engineer eligibility in Ontario
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
