Project Manager in Mechanical Contracting

Position: Project Manager Role in Mechanical Contracting
BSG Mechanical is searching for a skilled Project Manager to lead projects in mechanical contracting. If you have a passion for project execution and client relations, we want you!
In this role, you will oversee all critical aspects of project management, from cost control to subcontractor coordination. With at least five years of experience in the industry, you will leverage your skills to achieve seamless project delivery and maintain strong supplier relationships. Your leadership will guide multiple projects while ensuring compliance with Ontario's building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage labor, purchasing, and administration for projects

• Lead project planning and scheduling tasks

• Represent BSG in client interactions and meetings

• Conduct financial forecasting and project reviews

• Support project delivery with foremen and teams
Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical contracting experience

• Strong organization and leadership skills

• Ability to interpret technical specifications

• Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing systems

• Knowledge of Ontario's building codes
