Merriam Music is looking for an experienced Piano Technician with at least two years in the field. You will perform tunings, repairs, and uphold customer service excellence while working mainly in client homes. Adaptability and organizational skills are key as you navigate a variable schedule that includes weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow predetermined tuning and service schedules

• Conduct tunings, pitch raises, and voicing

• Repair broken strings and piano parts as required

• Prioritize quality customer service and satisfaction

• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of piano technician experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Preferred:
Registered Piano Technician Certification

• Excellent communication abilities

• Physical capability to handle equipment and stairs
