In this senior-level role, you will provide estimating guidance, develop conceptual estimates, and perform comprehensive cost analyses. Your responsibility includes reviewing plans and specifications to develop accurate project estimates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining professional relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine installation quantities from drawings and specifications

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for large projects

• Review and analyze tender and contract documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Technical Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 8+ years of structural estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian construction practices

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel for project site visits
