Onsite Engineering Design Release

Position: Onsite Engineering Design Release Role
Drive design changes and supplier transfers as an Engineering Design Release Coordinator in Oakville, Ontario. This full-time, onsite position gears towards managing engineering documentation and change requests.
Your commitment to detail will coordinate engineering changes through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This six-month contract demands competency in Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Orders (ECOs) along with a strong foundation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You will liaise with suppliers, maintain design packages, and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage change requests and orders efficiently

• Collaborate effectively with engineering and quality functions

• Assemble design packages with specifications and BOMs

• Liaise and engage stakeholders for timely document reviews

• Ensure accurate implementation plans for engineering changes
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Proficient with Medical Device Quality Management Systems

• Experience in end-to-end design change management

• Strong ability to read engineering specifications and BOMs

• Experience with supplier qualifications and inspections
