As the Manager of Hardware Operations, you are responsible for overseeing hardware-related tasks including vendor interactions, item price management, and client support initiatives. Your leadership will ensure alignment with Tri Mech's strategic goals while enhancing operational workflows. Focus on delivering accurate proposals while cultivating strong vendor relationships will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop timely proposals for hardware and maintenance orders
• Manage orders and client support across U.S. and Canada
• Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with vendor agreements
• Lead the hardware operations team in daily activities
• Maintain standards for item code management and data governance
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of hardware operations experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems management
• Basic understanding of pricing structures
• Strong organizational and client-focused skills
