Engineering Design Specialist

Position: Engineering Design Change Specialist
Join us in Oakville as an Engineering Design Change Specialist. Ensure quality and accuracy in managing engineering design changes and supplier transfers.
This full-time position within the Engineering Department focuses on overseeing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Your role requires you to collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers to deliver quality documentation. You’ll also manage project timelines and communicate effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Engineering Change Requests and Orders

• Collaborate across engineering and quality teams

• Develop design packages including BOM and specifications

• Coordinate stakeholder reviews for ECO documentation

• Ensure consistent updates to document repositories
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong understanding of Medical Device Quality Management

• Experience in managing design change projects

• Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings

• Hands-on experience with verification inspections
