Plant Vehicle Team Engineering Specialist

This role requires you to drive the cascaded functional quality objectives by managing warranty concerns and leading root cause analysis efforts. You will prepare problem-solving documentation and engage with various teams to implement sustainable solutions for vehicle quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own responsibility for chronic and new warranty concerns
• Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving documentation
• Analyze and bin warranty issues via the IRIS system
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on functional challenges
• Support launch activities and in-plant inspections
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of experience in Product Development or Quality Engineering
• Experience with Tier 1 suppliers or automotive OEMs
• Immediate eligibility for U.S. travel if required
• Preferred:
Six-Sigma Certification for enhanced problem-solving
