The Project Manager II will report to the Manager of Transportation Planning, overseeing significant transportation projects designed to optimize regional infrastructure. With a required minimum of seven years of experience, candidates should possess a robust background in environmental assessments and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Municipal Class Environmental Assessments for transportation
• Analyze transportation network studies and feasibility assessments
• Support regional projects with expert technical input
• Develop multi-modal transport policies and procedures
• Participate in municipal-related technical committees
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Environmental Sciences
• Seven years of relevant experience in transportation planning
• Knowledge of the Environmental Assessment process
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Familiarity with transport analysis software is desirable
