Position: Senior Civil Designer Role at Worley

As a Principal Civil Designer, you will create detailed civil design drawings for various infrastructures such as drainage systems and access roads. Oversight of junior team members and collaboration across various engineering disciplines will be essential. Your proactive efforts in site visits and technical support will help drive project success and adherence to best practices, highlighting your leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop civil earthwork planning and grading design drawings

• Mentor junior and intermediate designers for skill growth

• Ensure accurate coordination with Civil/Structural teams

• Conduct field checks during site visits to validate designs

• Prepare material take-offs and documentation for projects
Requirements:

• Engineering Design and Drafting diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software

• Industrial civil earthwork and mining project experience

• Strong leadership with independent and team working skills

• Aptitude for problem-solving in design projects
