Expand your expertise as a Contract Automation Engineer focusing on water technologies and project execution. This position involves travel to the U.S. and collaboration with engineering teams.
This 6-12 month contract role is embedded within the Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering team. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programming solutions in PLC, HMI, and SCADA. Your responsibilities will include managing project deliverables and participating in discussions with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and comment on engineering documents
• Engage in cross-functional team meetings
• Design detailed programming deliverables
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project risks
• Maintain Veolia process control documentation
Requirements:
• Canadian passport for travel requirements
• Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of engineering control documents
• Experience in project management
• Ability to support both remote and on-site activities
