Veolia Group seeks an R&D Pilot Operator to join its Water Technology Business team. This position focuses on testing water and wastewater products while supporting research and development processes. You must have strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a team, as well as attention to detail and hands-on experience in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests on water and wastewater products

• Perform analytical tests and document results

• Maintain and modify fluid system components

• Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing components

• Provide weekend and on-call support as required

Requirements:

• Technologist diploma or degree in related engineering disciplines

• Valid Ontario G2 or G-class driver’s licence

• Experience with water/wastewater treatment

• Familiarity with fluid systems and laboratory methods

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
