Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee estimating policies and procedures

• Ensure Kiewit estimating templates are correctly utilized

• Maintain scheduled engineering deliverables to the estimate team

• Direct and assign tasks to the electrical estimating team

• Coordinate with business development on proposal preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field

• 5+ years of estimating experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; in Eight and Bluebeam preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
