Onterris is looking for leaders in geotechnical engineering for a hybrid role based in Oakville or Guelph, Ontario. You will lead and manage geotechnical investigations for essential infrastructure, applying your extensive knowledge of soil mechanics and advanced numerical analysis. Your experience should include preparing detailed reports and communicating complex findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster safety best practices within projects

• Lead geotechnical investigation efforts and fieldwork

• Supervise drilling and in-situ testing programs

• Conduct assessments for slope stability and constructions

• Prepare actionable geotechnical reports and design recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Master’s preferred

• P.Eng. designation in good standing

• Minimum of ten years geotechnical experience

• Demonstrated leadership in infrastructure projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
