Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects related to waste management and landfill design
• Contribute to design reviews and evaluations of waste facilities
• Prepare proposals and liaise with clients
• Mentor and develop junior engineers in their careers
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
• Degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering
• Must be licensed as a professional engineer in Ontario
• Ten years of experience in solid waste management
• Skills in client relationship management and business development
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
