Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team through the design transfer process

• Assume end-to-end hardware design responsibility

• Organize and conduct technical reviews promptly

• Identify and solve sourcing issues with supply chain

• Create effective manufacturing test methods and fixtures

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering

• Over 10 years of engineering experience in medical devices

• Minimum 4 years in a leadership engineering role

• Solid background in complex instrument design

• Familiarity with product development and regulatory testing
