• Manage complex environmental projects, including Phase I–III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), remediation, human and ecological risk assessments, soil vapour intrusion evaluations, and compliance monitoring.
• Serve as a Qualified Person on site assessments, technical reports, and Records of Site Condition (RSC) filings.
• Design, evaluate, and execute remediation programs and risk management measures (RMMs) for impacted soil, groundwater, and soil vapour across active industrial, commercial, and brownfield properties.
• Apply deep operational knowledge of Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 153/04 and the Excess Soil Regulation (O.Reg. 406/19).
• Liaise with private and public clients, regulatory bodies (e.g., MECP, conservation authorities), subconsultants and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the development and coordination of client relationships and business growth
• Drive business growth by leading proposal preparation (RFP responses), developing new and existing client relationships, and managing key accounts.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings throughout Ontario as needed.
