Reporting to the Supervisor of Treatment Technical Services within the Plant Capital and Engineering team this position is responsible for providing operational support to the Water and Wastewater Treatment operations teams.

• Provides technical, administrative, and analytical support to the division’s water and wastewater operations teams related to capital, technical, optimization, or other issues at water, wastewater and biosolids facilities throughout the Region.
• Provide regulatory compliance support to the Water and Wastewater Treatment Division to ensure environmental and service quality.
• Coordinates and prepares regulatory submissions, annual and monthly reports, compliance reporting, performance reporting and responses to regulatory agencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislative requirements.
• Participates in audits, inspections and other compliance or conformance driven tasks.
• Analyze treatment process performance data, operational trends, laboratory results and compliance information to identify optimization opportunities, support operational decision-making, and improve treatment performance.
