What

You Will Do

Account Operations & Processing

  • Process a range of client transactions, including trades, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and payments
  • Complete documentation for account openings, updates, transfers, and ongoing maintenance
  • Navigate multiple systems to gather, verify, and update client information
  • Support advisors by responding to client calls and emails
  • Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings

Special Projects & Administration

  • Coordinate tax season documentation and requests
  • Support estate settlement processes and related paperwork
