Maverick Distillery is a rapidly growing Canadian spirits producer operating a multi-SKU manufacturing and distribution environment. As part of our continued growth, we are implementing a modern ERP/ERS platform to support inventory, costing, and financial reporting.
We are seeking a Finance & ERP / Inventory Manager to support ERP implementation, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage inventory-related financial reporting in partnership with operations and senior finance leadership.

, ideal for a strong senior accountant or finance manager with manufacturing exposure and ERP experience.
- Support ERP/ERS implementation and day-to-day system operation
- Maintain item masters, UOMs, and inventory attributes
- Assist with BOM setup, production costing, and yield tracking
- Perform inventory reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare inventory and COGS schedules for month-end close
- Review warehouse, production, and logistics postings for accuracy
- Help maintain system controls, approvals, and audit documentation
You will work closely with:
- Warehouse (receipts and physical counts)
- Production (consumption, yields, WIP)
- Logistics (POs, shipments, landed costs)
Operational teams enter transactions. You ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
What Success Looks Like- ERP inventory modules operating cleanly and consistently
- Accurate inventory balances and costing
- Timely month-end inventory close with minimal adjustments
- Reduced reliance on spreadsheets
- Clear documentation and audit-ready processes
- CPA in progress or equivalent accounting designation
- 4–7 years experience in manufacturing, beverage, food, or CPG
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system
- Net Suite, SAP B1, Acumatica, Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost accounting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systems-minded
- Not a Controller or Director role
- Not a warehouse or logistics position
- Not solely responsible for ERP architecture decisions
This role supports and executes within a defined system framework.
Compensation- Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
- Bonus: Discretionary (5–8%)
