Project Accounting Manager

In this role, you won't just "crunch numbers"—you will act as a vital business partner to Operations and Project Managers, ensuring the financial success and integrity of large-scale industrial projects.

• Financial Stewardship: Manage project milestone billings, cost planning, and monthly forecast preparation.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and assess commercial risks and strategies to optimize gross profit and cash flow.
• Contract & Claim Management: Support bid management and lead negotiations for customer/vendor claims.
• Digital Innovation: Drive digitalization in Finance by introducing tools to automate reporting and day-to-day activities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local GAAP, internal controls (SOA), and corporate governance policies.

• Schedule: Enjoy a flexible hybrid model requiring 2 days per week on-site for collaboration, training, and team meetings.

• Education: Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Certification: A professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in project accounting or a project-structured environment.
