MINI Oakville is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to enhance our finance and insurance operations.
Your role will involve assisting customers with financing options, coordinating with lenders, and providing training to staff. You will also ensure that all deal files are processed efficiently to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present and sell protection plans and insurance products
• Assist customers with credit applications and paperwork
• Work with lenders to secure financing approvals
• Ensure deal files are completed for funding
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
• Experience as an F&I Manager in automotive
• Knowledge of financing and insurance products
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• OMVIC License is required
