At Jaguar Land Rover London we are seeking individuals interested in the role of Automotive Financial Services Manager. The Financial Services Manager, under the direction of the GM and Director of Finance, will primarily be responsible and accountable for protecting the dealer, obtaining financing for the dealerships new and used vehicle customers and creating additional income for the dealership via the sale of protective options.

Located on Wharncliffe Road South, Jaguar London is the region's dedicated home for iconic British engineering, performance, and modern design. • Proven experience as a Financial Services Manager in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance and insurance department.

• Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations governing automotive finance and insurance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and best practices to maintain a high level of compliance.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
• Effectively communicate financial terms, options, and warranties to customers in a clear and transparent manner.

• Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for sales and finance staff to keep them informed about the latest finance products and processes.

• Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine customers' creditworthiness and financing options.
