Finance Operations Associate

Position: Finance Operations Associate Role
Join a dynamic team as a Finance and Business Operations Associate, directly supporting the SVP of Operations and Finance. This role involves a fast-paced environment with responsibilities in business case building, investor data management, and payment cycles.

You'll be involved in diverse tasks from handling accounts payable to issuing purchase orders and managing vendor administration. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 2-5 years of related experience. Your skills in Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with systems like  or Quick Books, and capability to interact with executives will be valuable here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build business cases for customer deployments

• Manage accounts payable processes in

• Issue and track purchase orders for components

• Onboard vendors and manage contracts

• Prepare investor and customer travel materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 2-5 years in finance or business operations

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Experience with  or Quick Books preferred

• Comfort in customer-facing situations
