Director of Finance at Community Organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze timely financial reports

• Lead annual budgeting and yearly planning processes

• Manage cash flow and financial forecasting

• Coordinate annual audit and liaise with auditors

• Supervise finance department staff as required

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in finance leadership within non-profits

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA designation required

• Knowledge of funder agency structures

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
