Senior Manager, Programs

* Build strong internal and external partnerships to leverage expertise and resources.
* Develop staffing plans and adjust based on demand.
* Provide leadership, performance reviews, and development plans for direct reports.
* Guide Program Manager teams and support product development initiatives.
* Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all services.
* Identify and mitigate risks while fostering continuous improvement.
* Report all Adverse Events promptly to designated units.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
* University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education;
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry;
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in management;
* Minimum 1-2 years client management experience;
* Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies, Health Canada and / or risk management programs;
* General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, operational policies and processes, and clinical research;
* Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
* Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
* Strong business and financial acumen
* Strategic thinker and influential on client needs
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills, model resources and generating reporting trends
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and strong presentation skills
* Effective interpersonal and leadership skills and demonstrates a followership model and develop team’s capabilities
* Effective organizational skills; attention to detail, demonstrates critical thinking to provide out of box solutions
* Ability to consistently meet deadlines and make concrete decisions

* Strong pharmaceutical & biotechnology business knowledge, including client management and healthcare professional communications; and
