We are looking for a Medical Affairs Intern (Rare Disease) to join our Canada Medical Affairs Team
based out of Oakville, ON, CA (hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
About the role
Join a dynamic and cross-functional Patient Value team where your voice matters and your contributions drive impact. As a Medical Intern supporting the Rare Diseases Medical team, you'll gain exposure to multiple functional areas, building a broad foundation of knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What you'll do
Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience, and skills
Bachelor's Degree. Master's degree in Health Sciences or PhD strongly preferred.
Previous work, co-op, or internship experience in a healthcare or life sciences setting is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Solutions-focused, curious, and eager to learn.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and digital platforms is a plus.
This position’s reasonably anticipated base annual salary range is $45.000-$55,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
