Role ResponsibilitiesT h e Laser Technician 's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide the “U” experience by warmly welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
- Perform facials and glycolic peels, provide makeup applications when needed
- Safely and professionally perform body contouring, dermal infusions, laser hair removal, micro needling, thermage, clear and brilliant, cool sculpting. Ongoing training will be provided
- Advise clients on skin care and provide recommendations on suitable treatments and home care regimens
- Educate clients on in house products and proper skin care regimes.
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- Maintaining product knowledge to promote spa services
- Build up loyal clientele to maximize patient schedule
- Perform appointment bookings, reminder and follow-up calls.
- Handle client information in a professional and confidential manner
- Participate in product training as needed
- Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
- Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
- Licensed Esthetician or equivalent certification in aesthetics or cosmetic laser technology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment.
- Working with Candela is a bonus
- Proven technical proficiency in laser and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to client confidentiality and professional conduct.
