Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality 1:1 therapy services and oversee our Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clinical autonomy, leadership responsibility, and flexible scheduling while maintaining strong standards of care.

The OT will manage evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and ensure appropriate supervision and compliance for OTA-delivered services.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions aligned with client needs
• Monitor progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

• Provide supervision in accordance with state licensure regulations and professional standards
• Review and co-sign documentation as required
• Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance
• Ensure treatment integrity, safety, and quality outcomes
• Support professional development and performance feedback for OTAs
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical requirements
• Participate in case consultations and care coordination

• Active, unrestricted registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Experience supervising OTAs preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
