Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on solution design for pharmacy IT systems

• Create detailed documentation for IT processes

• Supervise IT solutions deployment and user training

• Manage technology infrastructure performance and compliance

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years' IT Systems Analyst experience

• Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Automation experience with Power Automate and Power Shell

• Comfort with cloud computing and operating systems

• Strong research capabilities and data privacy awareness
