Senior Strategic Insights Lead

Coverdale Infusion Clinics is seeking a senior leader to drive reporting, analytics, and insight generation across our clinics. The role translates complex data into actionable insights to improve the patient journey, support decision‑making, and meet the needs of all stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, then present findings clearly and practically.
• Monitor performance against targets and support business reviews, executive presentations, and ad‑hoc analysis with high‑quality insights.

• Partner with clinic operations, pharmacy, patient support program service, and leadership teams to identify business questions and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement enhancements, program efficiencies, and patient experience improvements.

• Standardize data definitions, reporting processes, and KPI frameworks.
• Improve data integrity by strengthening data capture, coding, and reporting practices.
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business rules, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data models.

• Define business needs, assess capability gaps, and determine solution approaches.
• Develop estimates, cost‑benefit analyses, and business cases.
• Lead testing and UAT (strategies, scenarios, test cases, SME coordination).
• Support RWD/RWE collection, analysis, and alignment with broader business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business insights, data analytics, financial analysis, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or operational insight roles.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and data storytelling; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in cost‑benefit analysis, business case development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a continuous improvement environment.
• IIBA (or similar) certification and vendor/partner experience are assets.
• English required;
  French bilingualism is an asset.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package and is determined within a range based on local cost of labor benchmarks. Compensation details are provided during the interview process.
