Fox Wise is hiring a Deskside Support Analyst for a 16-month contract, potentially leading to permanent employment. You will play a key role in aiding clients through effective problem solving and support of multi-platform devices. This opportunity allows you to implement your knowledge in a culturally respectful firm focused on Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users with technical queries and issues
• Provide support via phone, chat, and in-person
• Troubleshoot across Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS
• Manage support for mobile devices and A/V equipment
• Oversee incident management and request fulfillment
Requirements:
• Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in deskside support
• Familiarity with ITIL practices preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures is beneficial
