In this role, you will assist customers by diagnosing complex technical problems and providing effective solutions while maintaining a thorough documentation process. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose issues with Geotab products and partner technologies
• Provide support through various communication channels

Requirements:
• Bilingual English and French proficiency
• Relevant diploma or degree in tech-related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support roles
• Proficient in Excel and Google applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
