Key Responsibilities:
• Compile requests and interface with system vendors
• Create system workflows and manage permissions effectively
• Identify training needs and create user training documentation
• Conduct audits to validate and analyze data content
• Collaborate with various departments to implement changes
Requirements:
• Diploma in information management or related field
• Three years of relevant technical support experience
• Experience with SDLC, business process techniques, and documentation
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Power BI
• Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
