ERP & Data Governance Specialist at DRMG

Become an essential part of DRMG as an ERP & Data Governance Administrator in either Oakville or Ottawa. This dynamic full-time role centers on data management and ERP system support.

In this role, you will manage user access, troubleshoot ERP inquiries, and ensure the integrity of master data records. The position reports to the VP of IT and focuses heavily on optimizing data workflows and enhancing communication across departments. A firm understanding of relational databases and data governance practices is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage role-based access controls and user provisioning

• Provide troubleshooting support for ERP workflow errors

• Ensure master data quality across ERP and CRM systems

• Run data health checks and control duplicates

• Create SOPs and train staff on Google Drive usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP or IT support

• Understanding of SQL and relational databases

• High proficiency in Google Workspace

• Strong communication skills in English;
French is a plus
